Three different business models:

- Independent Contractor (you are self employed, working with various companies; i.e. Advanis is known recruiter)
- You pay for training upfront and then get access to opportunities (i.e.: GigCX Marketplace)
- Recruiters want to be sure you’re serious about applying for the job.
- Fees and length of training depend on contracting company.
- Work involves customer service or order-taking.
