Glenn and Zenaida Saldanha were excited to announce the opening of their new restaurant on Friday, April 24, 2020. Z&G’s Specialty Fusion Cuisine Inc. is nestled in the heart of the downtown Summerside, PEI, at the Waterfront Campus of Holland College.
Z&G’s offers a unique fusion of flavours from around the world, adapting home-styled cooking to international cuisine. The menu is designed by CEO & Head Chef Glenn Saldanha.
Glenn and Zenaida recently relocated to Prince Edward Island from Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Glenn began his career with post-graduate education in Hotel Management and Catering, and worked with international hotel chains such as the Sheraton and Hyatt Regency in Dubai. His last 15 years were spent in Aviation and Hospitality at Dubai Airports. Glenn brings his passion for culinary arts to this new venture.
Zenaida brings to Z&G’s her penchant for hospitality, organization of events and conferences, networking and PR, and will be the operational face of the business.
It is wonderful to hear of new businesses being successful in opening in these uncertain times. They have received official permission to open their doors for take-out service only in order to meet COVID-19 restrictions. Therefore, they are operating on different hours and a select menu.
