“A Sous Chef is the right hand person of the Chef who assists in the daily operation of the business and helps to maintain the standard, quality and consistency of the restaurant,” says Miguel Cervantes.
“This position requires someone who can manage people, is approachable, has leadership qualities and the ability to coach and mentor junior staff. Attitude, passion and drive are important.”
The Sous Chef position is year-round. The restaurant is closed Sundays and statutory holidays, which makes it an attractive employment option.
