December 6, 2022 – Government of PEI: Online submissions for pre-budget consultations open today allowing Islanders to share their input and ideas for the Province’s upcoming 2023-24 operating budget.
In order to effectively and efficiently reach communities and stakeholders across the Island, pre-budget consultations will continue to be held virtually. Islanders can continue to submit their input at Pre-Budget Consultations for the 2023-2024 Operating Budget until January 10, 2023.
“Pre-budget Consultations give Islanders the ability to help form and guide provincial spending for the years ahead, and I encourage all everyone to send their ideas, input and suggestions to further economic growth and prosperity for our Province and its residents,’ says Finance Minister Mark McLane. “We appreciate all input, and I look forward to hearing from Islanders on how we can continue to support our residents, and drive our Island economy.”
Islanders can participate in virtual consultations by registering for Zoom conferences or by joining the Facebook Live event hosted by Minister McLane.
