Rodd Hotels and Resorts has been part of Atlantic Canada’s hotel industry for more than 85 years and it is family-owned and operated. President/CEO Mark Rodd is the grandson of founders Wally and Sally Rodd.
There are seven locations across Atlantic Canada. PEI properties include the Rodd Charlottetown, Rodd Royalty, Rodd Crowbush Golf & Beach Resort, and Rodd Brudenell River Resort.
“The last two years have been tough, but it is important for us to ensure we are ready when travel returns,” says Mark. “We are in the midst of hiring for over 200 positions on PEI alone. Many of our staff are from the communities surrounding our rural properties.”
