This info session will provide business owners with an introduction to a variety of supports available for them in hiring student talent this winter:
- ICTC’s Work Integrated Learning Program can fund up to 70% of a student’s salary (up to $7000) to bring new skills and talent to your company. Tim Perron from ICTC will be leading the session, and explaining eligibility and application processes for the WIL program.
- Skills PEI will be discussing provincial supports for hiring.
- Holland College and UPEI will also have representatives at the event discussing what student talent is available, and how to engage.
