The Holland College Entry Level Cook certificate offers students foundational skills required to enter the food service industry.

Throughout this 18-week offering, you will be introduced to the hot and cold stations in a professional kitchen. In addition, you will complete a 30-day industry experience giving you the opportunity to showcase your new skillset to employers and gain a greater perspective on your culinary future.

Credit Related Information:
This is an Industry Standard Credit. Students will achieve certifications for Standard First Aid and CPR/AED Level C., Workplace Hazardous Materials Information Systems (WMHIS); and Train Can.
