The ASI 2021 Forum will be held online from August 23-25 in Charlottetown, PEI, streaming from the unceded ancestral territory of the Mi’kmaq people. Materials in French and simultaneous interpretation will be available for many presentations. A Youth Leadership Program will also be offered.
Be part of a movement that brings together people who are capable of influencing and implementing changes at the policy and community levels! ASI 2021 aims to increase understanding of the importance of infant, child and youth mental health for the whole of society, and foster policy actions to influence upstream investment in support of mental health.
The Atlantic Summer Institute on Healthy and Safe Communities believes in inclusion and reducing barriers to participation; therefore, we seek funds to support a subsidy fund.
A limited number of subsidies are available to participants and presenters from Atlantic Canada.
What are the steps to apply for a subsidy and register?
Step 1 – Complete the Subsidy Request Form and attach a letter demonstrating your need for assistance by July 15, 2021. Please mail to the address on the request form, or email the form to [email protected].
Step 2 – A response regarding the status of your application will be sent to you by July 20, 2021.
Step 3 – If a subsidy is approved, you then fill in the registration form with your promotional code. If you do not receive a subsidy for your registration, you are still eligible to register at the early bird rate.
