Biotech company is growing

Pegasus Biotech is a biotech company focused on providing high quality vaccine (DNA, autogenous, rProtein) development services to the animal health sector as well as developing accurate and reliable analytical testing methods for the human and animal health industry.

The company, which was founded in 2019, is a contract research organization that provides biotechnological analytical and process development services to the global biotech industry.

There are eight employees, including a Senior Scientist, Associate Scientist, Director of Analytical Development, and a Director of Process Development.

Hiring needs

We currently do not have any openings, but we have been hiring regularly, and have grown from two to eight employees over the past 12 months. We anticipate that the rate of growth will continue, and we will be hiring more Senior and Associate Scientists in the coming months.

Pegasus regularly employs new graduates who they pair with experienced staff to provide the necessary training and support needed to ensure they are successful in the industry.

Qualifications needed

Some science background is required, but the level of education spans from college diplomas to PhDs. Being able to work well in a team is a critical soft skill that is needed.
