Peer Learning Group – Advancing Inclusion: Learning with Black Communities in Canada

Research Impact Canada, in partnership with Future Skills Centre, cordially invites you to a peer learning group (PLG) on “Advancing Inclusion: Learning with Black Communities in Canada.”

The session will feature Laurene Williams, Program Manager, from Diversity Institute. Laurene is passionate about the advancement of those in her community. The PLG will provide a collaborative space for participants to engage in open dialogue about innovative skills and strategies to make the skills and workforce ecosystem more inclusive.

We will then break off into small groups for a free-flowing, moderated discussion around an exploratory question. Participants can share their experiences, strategies, and resources for designing programs and initiatives that promote the inclusion of equity-deserving groups.
