PERCÉ, coordinated by RDÉE ÎPÉ, is a program that helps PEI bilingual post-secondary students find summer employment in their field of study on PEI.
PERCÉ participants will not only gain great work experience in their field, but they will also benefit from various workshops the PERCÉ program offers. These workshops will help develop many professional skills that will better prepare them for the workforce.
In addition, employers who hire a PERCÉ participant receive a wage subsidy of $7/hour for up to 450 hours.
Priority is given to bilingual students. However, all students are encouraged to apply.
